Documentary about DID "The divided I" now available on Arte

The documentary “Das Geteilte Ich”, German for The Divided I, can now be watched online. The documentary explores life with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID).

The film features contributions from Ellert Nijenhuis, who notes:
"Filmmaker Mrs. Liz Wieskerstrauch asked me to present some of the findings of the neuroimaging studies I was involved in."

While studies by the WHO support trauma-related responses, the professional community remains cautious, warning against therapeutically induced “false memories.”
